Pune: Shivajinagar residents resolve to support Manish Anand
Pune: The State Assembly poll campaign has reached its peak in the city. A triangular contest is seen in the Shivajinagar Assembly constituency in the city. Maha Yuti’s Siddharth Shirole, MVA’s Datta Bahirat and independent Manish Anand are the main contestants in the fray.
Manish Anand is meeting voters personally by visiting their houses. He met residents from the Shivajinagar Railway Station area. He tried to understand citizens’ issues by interacting with them. They told him that there would be a change in the constituency.
They said that they would support Manish Anand because he carried out development work. He met people by going from door to door. Slogans were raised such as ‘Manish Anand Age Badho, Hum Tumhare Saath Hain’.
Support is growing for Manish Anand in the Shivajinagar Assembly segment. He is holding a dialogue with womenfolk during his walkathons. He is also addressing poll rallies, meetings and trying to reach out to citizens. He has been appealing to them to press the button in front of the ‘Hockey stick and ball’ symbol and to elect him with a huge margin.
