Names of Resident Deputy Collector Jyoti Kadam’s family members go missing from voters’ list
Pune: Voting for the State Assembly elections took place on Wednesday (November 20). In an incident of administrative lethargy, Resident Deputy Collector Jyoti Kadam’s family members’ names went missing from the voters’ list. It immediately became a point of discussion in the city.
Kadam’s family members exercised their right to vote in the Lok Sabha election. However, their names disappeared from the list before the State Assembly elections. They voted at a polling centre in Aurangabad last time. However, this time, the names of Eknath Late, Swati Late and Nanda Late went missing.
Jyoti Kadam said, “I had applied to the administration to delete my name from the list. However, they deleted my parents’ names too.”
