New luggage checking system to save passengers’ time at Pune Airport

Pune: The luggage checking took a long time at the Pune Airport. In this backdrop, the Airport Administration installed two ultra-modern luggage checking machines, which will save passengers’ time.

Safe baggage checking is essential during air travel. However, air passengers felt hassled due to a time-consuming luggage checking system and crowding of the place. It would take a couple of hours at times. This also meant that passengers had to reach the airport a couple of hours earlier. Now, their time can be saved.

Two ultra-modern machines have been installed to check luggage of passengers at the Pune Airport now. Around 1,100-1,200 bags can be checked in one hour on these machines. This will bring relief to passengers from long waits at the airport.
