Army Institute of Technology, Pune to Host IEEE International Conference ICNDIA-2026
Pune : The Army Institute of Technology (AIT), Pune, will host the IEEE International Conference on Nexus of Digitalization, Intelligence and Applications (ICNDIA-2026) on 18–19 September 2026. The conference will bring together global researchers, industry leaders, academicians and innovators to deliberate on emerging advancements in science, engineering and technology.
Organised in collaboration with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world’s largest technical professional organisation, the event will feature technical paper presentations, keynote sessions, panel discussions and industry exhibitions, aimed at fostering cross-disciplinary research and promoting technological solutions for societal development.
Lt Gen Dhiraj Seth, PVSM, AVSM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command and Patron-in-Chief, AIT, unveiled the Conference Brochure on 15 November 2025, marking a major step in the run-up to the event. He stated that, “Hosting the IEEE International Conference reflects AIT’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation and global collaboration, and will offer valuable opportunities for students and researchers to engage with leading experts”.
Key highlights of ICNDIA-2026 include Keynote addresses by eminent scientists, industry leaders and senior academicians, Presentation of cutting-edge research papers across multiple technical tracks and Opportunities for Industry–Academia collaboration and networking.
The conference will be held at the AIT Pune campus, recognised for its contributions to engineering education and research. Delegates from across India and abroad are expected to participate.
ICNDIA-2026 marks the first international conference to be hosted at AIT, underscoring a significant milestone for the institution. AIT continues to nurture future-ready engineers through strong academics, state-of-the-art facilities and a vibrant culture of innovation.
