Pune: The Art of Living’s (AOL) Happiness Programme will be conducted in the city from July 30 to August 4. The theme of the course is ‘from pieces of mind to peace of mind’.

The world famous ‘Sudarshan Kriya’ will be taught during the four-day programme. This was revealed by Komal Sagare, Navi Gathekar and Akshay Niphadkar, who will conduct the course.

The course session will take place from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm from July 30 to August 4 at the Gogate Prashala, Narayan Peth, Pune. Powerful breathing techniques, including ‘Sudarshan Kriya’, will be taught to participants. The organisers claimed that participants will experience deep meditation and they will get rid of stress and anxiety. They will also learn practical wisdom.

They claimed that Sudarshan Kriya reduced stress by 57 pc, anxiety and depression by 70 pc in the first session. It transforms overpowering emotions and strengthens physical and mental wellbeing. This leads to joy, happiness, optimism and one’s relationships with others improve.
