BJP to conduct membership drive ahead of civic elections: Dheeraj Ghate

Pune: BJP City Unit President Dheeraj Ghate has said that the party would win the civic elections after its massive win in the State Assembly polls.
The BJP will soon launch a membership drive in all eight Assembly segments in the city. In this backdrop, a meeting of the city unit office-bearers was held. It was resolved to enrol at least 50,000 members in each segment and 10,000 in each ward.
The drive will be led by party City Secretary Raghvendra alias Bapu Mankar. To become a member of the BJP, one needs to call up on mobile number 8888002024.
Dheeraj Ghate said, “The common people want to connect with the BJP. Voters have expressed their trust in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the National level and Devendra Fadnavis at the State level. They have voted for sustainable development. Therefore, the BJP has launched a membership registration mission at the national level. As a part of the mission, a drive will be conducted in the city. Every party worker will register a maximum number of members under the mission.”
Party General Secretary Punit Joshi, Ravindra Salegaonkar, Varsha Tapkir, Subhash Jangle, Raghvendra Mankar, Pramod Kondhre, Rajendra Shilimkar, Rahul Bhandare, Mahesh Punde, Sushil Mengde and former corporators and city office-bearers and workers were present in a large number.
