Drunken Dispute Escalates: Kondhwa Police Arrest Two for Killing Individual Over Drinking Argument

From the argument that took place between three individuals while drinking alcohol, two individuals killed the other person by hitting a cement block in his head. In this regard, the Kondhwa police have arrested two individuals. This incident took place at 3:30 p.m. on Monday at Dashakriya Vidhidham, opposite the Bhairavnath Temple in Kondhwa.

The deceased individual in this case has been identified as Mallesh Kupindra Koli (age 32, a resident of R.K. Colony, Gokul Nagar, Kondhwa). While the names of the arrested accused are Barish, alias Barya Sanjay Khude (age 21, a resident near Bhairavnath Temple, Talim Chowk, Kondhwa) and Akash Subhash Mankar (age 23, a resident of R.K. Colony, Gokul Nagar).

In this case, Police Constable Ranjit Shinde has filed a police complaint at Kondhwa Police Station.

According to the information given by the police in this regard, Mallesh Koli and both the accused are friends of each other, and they all are unemployed. On Monday, January 27, in the afternoon, they were drinking alcohol at Dashakriya Vidhidham in front of Bhairavnath Temple in Kondhwa. At that time, they had an argument with each other.

Suddenly, the argument between them escalated, and in that anger, two accused brutally assaulted Mallesh Koli on the face and head with a wooden stick and a cement block, causing him serious injuries. Unfortunately, Koli died on the spot in this assault.

On receiving the information of the incident, the police officers and the Amaldar of the Kondhwa Police Station rushed to the spot. After investigating the area, they identified the identity of the deceased individual as Mallesh Koli. During the investigation, police learnt that two people were drinking with him. Based on this, the police have arrested Barish Khude and Akash Mankar. Police Sub-Inspector Ravindra Gavde is investigating further in this case.
