Major Pune-Howrah Trains Canceled Due to Connectivity Work in Bilaspur Division

Several high-traffic trains from Pune, including the Pune-Howrah Azad Hind Express, Howrah-Pune Duronto Express, and Pune-Santragachi Express, will remain suspended for a few days due to connectivity work in the Bilaspur division. The Azad Hind Express will be the most affected, causing inconvenience to passengers with reserved tickets.
With summer vacations underway, there has been a surge in railway bookings. However, the Railways is undertaking connectivity work at Kotarlia station on the fourth line of Raigarh-Jharsuguda Junction in the Bilaspur division. This work will take place from April 11 to April 23.
The decision to carry out this work during peak summer travel season has led to the cancellation of several important express trains. The Railway Administration has advised travelers to plan their journeys accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

- Santragachi-Pune Express → Canceled on April 12 & April 19
- Pune-Santragachi Express → Canceled on April 14 & April 21
- Pune-Howrah Azad Hind Express → Canceled from April 11 to April 24
- Howrah-Pune Azad Hind Express → Canceled from April 11 to April 24
- Howrah-Pune Duronto Express → Canceled on April 10, 12, 17 & 19
- Pune-Howrah Duronto Express → Canceled on April 12, 14, 19 & 21
