Man Gets Life Sentence After Six Years for Killing Friend Who Revealed His Love Affair at Girlfriend’s House

In a shocking incident, a man murdered his friend after he told about his love affair at the girlfriend’s house. In this case, a court has sentenced a man to life imprisonment. The accused has been identified as Sushant Ramesh Omble (age 24, a resident of Gujrat Colony, Kothrud, an original resident of Vitthalwadi, Paud, Taluka Mulshi).

As per the police information, Sushant Omble and Akshay Joshi were friends. Two years before the incident, Akshay Joshi had told about the love affair between Sushant Omble and his girlfriend at his girlfriend’s house. Due to this, there was an argument between them. Sushant Omble was upset about it and wanted to take revenge.

Therefore, he conspired with his friends and called Akshay Joshi to Kalagram Society behind Lohiya IT Park in Kothrud. After drinking alcohol with Joshi all night, Sushant Omble broke a beer bottle and stabbed Akshay Joshi near the neck, killing him at around 4 a.m.

In this case, the police had arrested Sushant Ramesh Omble, Prashant Ramesh Omble (age 25), and Mahesh alias Sagar Mukund Mestri (age 29, a resident of Gujarat Colony, Bhelke Chawl, Kothrud). Meanwhile, Senior Police Inspector, Appasaheb Shewale, completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet in the court.

The case was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge A.N. Mare. The Police Sub-Inspector Bhagwat Mule and Court Female Ammaldar Jagdale presented the complainant, witnesses, and other necessary evidence in the case to the court. After hearing the details, the court has sentenced Sushant Omble to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 30,000.

This action was taken by the team of the then Senior Police Inspector Appasaheb Shewale, the Police Sub-Inspector Bhagwat Mule, and the court female Ammaldar Jagdale.
