Police Arrested Mohini Wagh and Other Accused in Satish Wagh Murder Case

With each passing day, shocking revelations are coming to light in BLP MLC Yogesh Tilekar’s maternal uncle, Satish Wagh’s, murder case. A major uproar has arisen following revelations that Mohini Satish Wagh, the wife of the maternal uncle of BJP MLC Yogesh Tilekar, was the key mastermind behind the murder of her husband, Satish Wagh.

Though the exact motive behind Satish Wagh’s murder has not been revealed so far, the police are investigating various angles, such as the extramarital affair of Mohini Wagh with one of the accused in this case and the angle of financial disputes, etc. in this case. However, meanwhile, it has come to light that the accused, Navnath Gursale and Atish Jadhav, threw the weapon used to murder Satish Wagh into the Bhima riverbed at Perne Phata.

Today, Mohini Wagh, the main mastermind behind Satish Wagh’s murder, was presented in the court. Along with her, the other accused, such as Pawan Sharma, Navnath Gursale, Vikas, alias Vicky Shinde, and Akshay Jawalkar, were also taken into custody from Yerawada Jail and produced before the court.

At that time, police argued that as it has been cleared that Akshay Jawalkar has given Rs 5 lakh as ‘supari’ (contract) to four other accused to kill Satish Wagh at the insistence of Mohini Wagh, it is yet to find how many rupees Mohini Wagh gave to Jawalkar and in which form. Further, it is yet to determine the purpose behind Satish Wagh’s murder. Therefore, to investigate these questions, police demanded police custody for these accused.

While arguing further, police stated that the accused, Navnath Gursale and Atish Jadhav, had confessed that they had thrown the weapon in the Bhima river basin at Perne Phata. Therefore, to search the weapon and to investigate where exactly this weapon was brought from, the police requested a police custody of the accused to the court. Accordingly, the court has announced police custody for all the accused till December 30.

Police stated that after Satish Wagh was kidnapped from the Chevrolet car, he was brutally stabbed inside the car, and his body was then placed in the backside of the car. Therefore, the police found blood stains on a cloth strip inside the back storage of the car, as well as on a cloth strip inside the rear door of the car, on the right door, and on the left door in the middle. From the bloodstains found inside the car, the police believe that the murder was committed in a very brutal manner.
