Pune: Anti-Extortion Cell Arrested Two Criminals of ‘Rising Gang’ for Violating Tadipar Orders

In a significant action, the Anti-Extortion Cell has arrested two criminals of ‘Rising Gang’, who had come to the city in spite of being declared tadipar in the crimes of the murder and the attempt of murder.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Sunny Ranjit Tak (age 28, a resident of AFMC Quarters, Wanwadi) and Naved Sharafat Sheikh (age 29, a resident of Foreigner Quarters, Wanwadi).

As per the police information, Police Inspector Vijay Kumbhar of the Anti-Extortion Cell and his colleagues were patrolling in Circle 5. At that time, Police Ammaldar Surendra Jagdale and Pawan Bhosale learnt that two tadipar criminals of ‘Rising Gang’, against whom a complaint has been registered at Wanwadi Police Station, had been living in Pune city.

According to this information, the police have arrested two gangsters who came to the city, breaking the tadipar order. Further, a case has been registered against them at Wanwadi police station.

This action has been taken by Police Inspector Vijay Kumbhar of the Anti-Extortion Cell, Police Ammaldar Sunil Pawar, Surendra Jagdale, Anil Kusalkar, Amol Gavate, Adinath Yede, Amol Raut, Pawan Bhosale, and Ganesh Kharat under the guidance of Assistant Commissioner of Police Rajendra Mulik.
