Pune: ‘Bappa Morya’ song sung by Padma Shri Dr Shankar Mahadevan launched; Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Young Entrepreneur Punit Balan do the honours

Pune: Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Young Entrepreneur Punit Balan released the song “Bappa Morya” recorded in the melodious voice of Padma Shri Dr Shankar Mahadevan.
The producers of the song are Amol Ghodke and Shrinivas Kulkarni. It will be a devotional cultural gift to all Ganesh devotees across Maharashtra. Hindustan’s First Ganesh Mandal Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust’s ‘Ganpati Bappa’ has been hailed through this song. The song, which is a combination of traditional devotion and modern music, effectively depicts the glory of Ganeshotsav.
Shankar Mahadevan has lent his melodious voice to the song. Shailesh Chandra Lokhande is the lyricist and music composer of the song. Avi Lohar has arranged the music while rhythmists are Nagesh Bhosekar and Nitin Shinde. Among the chorus singers are Abhishek Shinde, Raviraj Kale, Samihan Sahastrabuddhe and Manohar Narwade. Mixing of the song has been done by Ajinkya Dhapare.
