Pune: Civic body’s driverless tempo runs in reverse gear on flyover in Hadapsar, commuters terrified (Video)
Pune: Fatal accidents have been taking place in Pune and across the State due to carelessness and recklessness of drivers. A video clip of a similar incident has gone viral on social media.
The shocking incident took place on the flyover near Vaiduwadi in Hadapsar. The clip shows a four-wheeler belonging to the Pune Municipal Corporation running speedily in the reverse gear without its driver. ‘Pune Mahanagarpalika’ is written on the vehicle in Marathi. Nobody can be seen in the driver’s seat. It is a terrifying video clip.
A Marathi news channel reported the incident, which took place at 11.45 pm on Sunday. However, the reason behind the incident was not known. A big tragedy was averted as there were not many vehicles on the road when the incident took place. Finally, the vehicle stops after hitting the median.
