Pune: Commissioner of Police Amitesh Kumar appeals to citizens to be cautious about message circulating with his photo

Pune: A fake message is circulating on social media using a photo of Commissioner of Police (CP) Amitesh Kumar and seeking donations. CP Kumar has made an appeal in his WhatsApp status in this regard.
His message states, ‘They are demanding money from citizens and misusing my photo in their WhatsApp status. Please, do not reply to any such message or request’.
He has cautioned people not to fall prey to such messages.
What has CP Kumar said in his message?
CP Kumar writes in his status: ‘Someone is using my DP and asking for money in my name. Please ignore any such requests and do not fall prey to such demands’.
