Pune: Since the arrival of Ganpati Bappa in the city, the joy of Ganeshotsav can be seen among people. Now, even after ten days of Ganeshotsav, the excitement and devotion among devotees have not reduced a bit. Still, a large number of people are visiting Ganpati and taking blessings.

Meanwhile, today, on September 16, the Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister of the state, Devendra Fadnavis, performed aarti by visiting ‘Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust’, the first public Ganpati in India.

On this occasion, the Chief of the Festival and Trustee Punit Balan welcomed Devendra Fadnavis and honoured him. Dignitaries from various fields were present to bow at the feet of Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati.

Ever since Bappa’s arrival, a large crowd has been gathering in Pune city. This year, the Pran-Pratishtha (installation ceremony) of Ganpati Bappa was done by the famous singer Padma Shri Kailash Kher. A large number of Ganesha devotees are present here at ‘Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust’ today as tomorrow is visarjan of Ganpati Bappa and they want to bid farewell to their favourite Lord Ganesh.
