Fire incidents have been on the rise in the Dhanore Phata area, with previous fires occurring in industrial companies in the vicinity. The fire at Vaishali Asymmetry Private Limited broke out in the early hours of Wednesday. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Alandi fire brigade, guided by Alandi Police and Chief Kailas Kendre, rushed to the scene. Explosions within the company exacerbated the spread of the fire, prompting the fire brigade to use foam to control the flames.
Additional assistance was sought from the Pimpri Chinchwad Fire Brigade. After extensive efforts lasting an hour and a half, the fire was fully contained. Although the cause of the fire is still under investigation, a significant amount of chemical was found at the site, suggesting that the explosions may have contributed to the fire’s severity.
