Pune: Nikhil Pingale appointed DCP, Crime Branch; DCP Amol Zende gets charge of Traffic Branch
Pune: Commissioner of Police (CP) Amitesh Kumar has transferred Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs) within the city. Nikhil Pingale has been appointed as the DCP, Crime Branch. DCP Amol Zende has been given charge of the Traffic Branch.
Pingale belongs to the IPS Batch 2014. His previous posting was as the SP, Gadchiroli. He was recently transferred to Pune and has been given charge of the Crime Branch.
