Pune: PMPML service to continue after 12 midnight during Ganeshotsav

Pune: The PMPML administration has decided to run 800 more buses besides the scheduled buses for the convenience of passengers during the Ganpati Festival.

These buses will runs as ‘Yatra Special’. However, the travel by these buses will cost Rs 5 more. This was revealed by the PMPML.

The PMPL administration has decided to increase the current fare by Rs 5. Moreover, no pass facility will be applicable to this service after midnight. As some routes in the heart of the city will remain closed during the festival, regular and additional PMPML buses will ply on alternative routes.

In the first phase, 168 extra buses will run on September 9, 10 and 16. Moreover, 620 more buses will ply on September 11 and 15.
