Pune: Puja Khedkar’s complaint against Suhas Diwase transferred to Pune Police
Pune: Controversial probationary IAS officer Dr Puja Khedkar has lodged a police complaint of mental harassment against District Collector Suhas Diwase with the Washim Police.
The complaint has been transferred to the Pune Police. She stated, in her complaint, that she was mentally harassed by Diwase when she was posted as the probationary officer in Pune. The Pune Police are checking all legal aspects of the case. However, a case has still not been registered in this regard.
Diwase’s report exposed Puja Khedkar’s misdeeds
Khedkar’s misdeeds as a probationary IAS officer were exposed after the Pune District Collector sent a report to the Additional Chief Secretary and sought her transfer to some other district. Khedkar’s probation period has ended and she has been recalled to the training academy in Mussoorie. An inquiry against Puja Khedkar is being conducted.
Khedkar lodged the complaint on Tuesday. After its transfer to the Pune Police, all aspects are being checked before taking any decision.
Puja Khedkar’s allegations
Khedkar lodged the complaint against the District Collector and some other officials. It is learnt that the complaint has been transferred to the General Administration and senior officials will act on it.
Puja Khedkar invited a controversy during her stint at the District Collectorate in Pune due to her demands. This led to writing of a complaint to the State Government. Later, She was transferred to Washim.
It was alleged that she usurped the antechamber of the Additional District Collector and installed the beacon on her personal car. She also demanded a separate office and a peon. Such facilities are not provided to a probationary officer.
