Pune: Real Estate Agents Kill Man with Stone Over Financial Dispute in Kondhwa

Pune : In a shocking incident from Kondhwa, Pune, a real estate agent was murdered by two other agents following a financial dispute. The victim was brutally attacked with a stone and other objects on the head, leading to his death. Kondhwa Police have arrested both accused individuals in connection with the crime.

The deceased has been identified as Subhash Raghuveer Pardeshi (age 52), a resident of Matoshree Building, Gokulnagar, Katraj-Kondhwa Road. The arrested accused are Abhay Kadam (age 24, resident of Talim Chowk, Bhairavnath Ali, Kondhwa Khurd) and Badal Sherkar (age 24, resident of Badhe Chawl, behind Bhairavnath Mandir, Kondhwa).

A complaint in the case was lodged by Hemlata Subhash Pardeshi (age 50), the wife of the deceased, at Kondhwa Police Station.

According to the police, the incident occurred between 8 PM on May 10 and 6 PM on May 11, near the Parsi Maidan close to Jyoti Hotel Chowk. Subhash Pardeshi, along with Abhay and Badal, all worked as real estate agents and used to share clients.

Subhash had taken money from the accused, and the duo had been pressuring him for repayment. On the night of May 10, all three met at Parsi Maidan, where a heated argument over the money escalated. In a fit of rage, Abhay and Badal allegedly attacked Subhash with a stone and other objects on his head and face, leaving him fatally injured. They then fled the scene.

Police received information about an injured man lying in Parsi Maidan. Upon inspection, they found Subhash Pardeshi dead with severe head injuries. The accused were tracked and arrested. The case is currently being investigated by Police Sub-Inspector Kisan Rathod.
