Pune: Residents of Vadgaon Sheri narrate woes to Ajit Pawar

Pune: Residents of Vadgaon Sheri on Thursday (August 15) narrated their woes to Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, who is on the second leg of his party’s state-wide Jansanman Yatra.

The NCP (AP) led by Pawar is getting a good response to Jansanman Yatra at various places. As a part of it, Pawar visited the Vadgaon Sheri and Hadapsar assembly segments and interacted with citizens to know their problems. Party State President Sunil Tatkare, Women Wing’s State President Rupali Chakankar, local MLA Sunil Tingre and current and former office-bearers were present.

Residents listed their issues such as stray dogs and traffic woes. They told him that Dogs make it difficult to walk on road for children and senior citizens, dog bites have increased. Ward officers do not take any action.

After listening to their problems, Pawar called up Municipal Commissioner Rajendra Bhosale. He directed Bhosale to sort out the issues after holding a meeting with MLA Sunil Tingre and local residents.
