The Sahakar Nagar police detained a minor boy who was walking on the road with a pistol on his waist for fun. In the subsequent action, the police seized a country-made pistol from him.

On the occasion of New Year, the police officers and police Amaldar of the Sahakar Nagar police station were patrolling for security in the police station limits. When they were patrolling in the Teen Hatti Chowk, Police Amaldar Amol Pawar received a tip-off from an informant suggesting that a man was waiting for someone in the parking lot of KK Market, behind the TVS showroom, and was seen with a weapon like a pistol on his waist.

Senior Police Inspector Chhagan Kapse validated the authenticity of the news and ordered immediate action in this regard. Accordingly, Assistant Police Inspector Sagar Patil and the police Amaldar went to Balaji Nagar and detained the minor boy as per the information received.

They seized a country-made pistol worth Rs 60,000 along with a magazine tucked in his pants.

This action was taken by the team of Assistant Police Inspector Sagar Patil, Bapu Khutwad, Police Amaldar Amol Pawar, Kiran Kamble, Bajrang Pawar, Chandrakant Jadhav, Mahesh Mandlik, Amit Padmale, Sagar Sutkar, Yogesh Dhole, Mahesh Bhagat, and Khandu Shinde under the guidance of Additional Police Commissioner Pravin Kumar Patil, Deputy Commissioner of Police Smartana Patil, Assistant Police Commissioner Rahul Aware, and Senior Police Inspector of Sahakar Nagar Police Station Chhagan Kapse.
