Pune: Shocking Incident: Minor Girl Raped and Filmed After Being Intoxicated by Minor Accused
Pune: In a heinous incident, a 13-year-old girl was coaxed by her female friend, who took her to her other friend’s house, where the girl was intoxicated and sexually assaulted by a minor boy. Shockingly, the other boy recorded the entire incident on his mobile phone.
Samarth police detained two minor boys after the plaintiff’s father lodged a complaint in this regard. This awful incident took place on the evening of August 15 at the Petrol Pump in Nana Peth, Heaven Park in Wanwadi, and the accused boy’s house in Kalepadal.
Police said that the plaintiff’s daughter is 13 years old. In the evening of August 15, one of the female friends of the plaintiff’s daughter manipulated her and took her to her friends’ house after giving her alcohol.
Shockingly, one boy raped her when she was under the influence of alcohol, and another friend recorded it on his mobile phone. On getting information about the incident, Samarth police booked four accused under the stringent POCSO Act. Police said that after detaining two minors, they will be sent to the juvenile detention centre.
