Pune: Shocking! The Girl Was Repeatedly Raped by Threatening to Send Her Alleged Photos to Parents; One Person Booked
Pune: In a shocking incident, a 21-year-old girl was repeatedly raped by a person for threatening to send her photos with another boy to her parents. This incident was going on from March 2023 until the girl complaint registered a complaint against the accused.
In this regard, the victim girl lodged a complaint against the accused at Sinhagad Road Police Station. Accordingly, police booked Ganesh Motiram Gaikar, a resident of Pachghar, Otur, Taluka Junnar.
As per the police information, the accused had called the plaintiff girl in March 2023 and asked her about a relationship. However, after the plaintiff’s refusal, the accused abused her in derogatory language and threatened her. The accused told her that he had some of her and Rohan’s photos with him. Further, he also told the girl that Rohan also told him everything about her and Rohan.
The accused said that if she did not keep a relationship with him, he would send those photos to her parents. After fearing the consequences, the plaintiff started behaving according to the accused.
Taking advantage of it, the accused took the plaintiff to various lodges since March 2023 and sexually assaulted her multiple times. Tired of his constant harassment, the girl finally lodged a complaint against him. Police sub-inspector Sawant is investigating further in this case.
