Pune: Swargate Police Booked Two for Late Night Molestation of Woman in the Office

Pune: In a shocking incident, a woman was called by two people into the office late at night and was molested by forcefully keeping her seated. This incident took place in the Sandhyanil Society of Maharshi Nagar on February 27, 2024, in the night.

In this regard, a 31-year-old woman has filed a complaint against two people at Swargate police station. Accordingly, Swargate police have booked Kunal Ravi Gulati (age 31, a resident of Balewadi) and Ranjit alias Vinod Tale (age 47, a resident of Poonam Park, Bibvewadi).

The complainant mentioned that on February 27, she was called by the accused, Kunal Gulati and Ranjit Tale, into their office late at night. After that, the accused made the plaintiff sit in their office till 11 p.m. and further attempted to molest her by inappropriately staring at her and holding her hands without her consent.

Shockingly, when the plaintiff confronted them for unnecessarily holding her hands, the accused blatantly responded, saying, “What is the issue? We just hold the hand.”

In this regard, the plaintiff has now filed a complaint at Swargate police station, and Police Sub-Inspector Poonam Patil is investigating further into the case.
