Pune: Three Women Robbed and Injured on Baner Hill; Complaint Against Four

A few days ago, the syndicate of groups allegedly targeted the student who came for education in Pune from Nagaland by robbing him. Similarly, in another incident, four accused individuals robbed and injured three women who came for a walk on Baner Hill.

In this regard, Abiniyu Chawang (age 36, a resident of Aundh) has filed a complaint at Chaturshringi police station. Accordingly, the police have registered a case of forced theft against four people. The incident took place at Baner Hill on Sunday at around 4:15 p.m.

According to the information provided by the police, the complainant and her two friends, Chingmalai Pamei and Apar Dalna (age 36), had gone to Baner Hill for walking on Sunday. While coming back from the hill, the plaintiff complained that four thieves intercepted them. After that, the accused struck on the ring finger of the plaintiff’s friend’s hand with the weapon and injured her.

After that, the accused abused her and forcibly stole her mobile phone worth Rs 51 thousand, earbuds, and bag from her. Police sub-inspector Chaugule is investigating further in this case.
