Pune: Two Notorious Bike Thieves Arrested by Nanded City Police on Sinhagad Road

Pune: The Nanded City Police have arrested two notorious criminals involved in bike thefts from the Dhayari area on Sinhagad Road. Two stolen bikes have been recovered from their possession.

The arrested have been identified as Omkar Santosh Satpute (age 20, resident of Laygude Vasti, Dhayari) and Sairaj Atul Taware (age 18, resident of Kamble Vasti, Dhayari).

Two bikes were recently stolen from the Dhayari area, following which a case was registered at the Nanded City Police Station. A special police team was actively working to trace the culprits. Acting on specific information received by Police Constables Mohan Misal and Shiva Khirsagar, the police laid a trap and arrested Satpute and Taware.

During interrogation, both confessed to the thefts, and two stolen bikes were recovered from them.

This operation was carried out under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police Sambhaji Kadam and Assistant Commissioner of Police Ajay Parmar. The Nanded City Police team involved in the action included Senior Police Inspector Atul Bhos, Police Inspector (Crime) Gurudutt More, Assistant Police Inspector Rahul Yadav, and Constables Mohan Misal, Shiva Khirsagar, Raju Vegare, Uttam Shinde, Swapnil Magar, Nilesh Kulthe, Bhimraj Gagurde, Pratik More, Akshay Jadhav, Sangram Shingare, Sudam Vavare, and Satish Khot.
