Today, Dagdusheth Halwai’s Ganpati’s aarti was performed by the Deputy Chief Minister and Pune’s Guardian Minister, Ajit Pawar. At this time, while speaking with the media, Ajit Pawar commented about his ambition of becoming the Chief Minister (CM) of the state.

He said, “Leaders of all parties want to become chief ministers. I am also one of them. But not everyone’s wish comes true.” He said that to become the Chief Minister, one has to obtain the majority number. Therefore, not everyone who wishes to be the Chief Minister can become so.

Bringing Mahayuti Government to Power is Our Target:

Ajit Pawar said that to bring the Mahayuti government into power is our target. “Every party is working hard for that. And that is how we are approaching the elections,” said Ajit Pawar.

On the question of seat sharing formula, Ajit Pawar said, “A lot of seat sharing work has been done. There are some seats on which we are discussing. If the solution does not come, we will sit again and find a way out of it.” He further said that the details of seat sharing will be announced when all seats are allotted, including to allied parties.

Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule has already clarified that all three leaders of Mahayuti have not insisted on 80-90 seats for seat sharing. We have decided the formula for seat sharing. So far, consensus has been reached on 70 percent seats.
