Whereas South India (especially Tamil Nadu, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema) is likely to experience heavy rainfall. A yellow alert has been issued in Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh due to a cold wave. A mild cold wave is likely in some parts of North-Central Maharashtra till December 12.
