Shocking Revelations Emerge in Swargate ST Stand Rape Case: Sources Reveal Sexual Relations of Gade with Transgenders

Pune :
In a shocking turn of events, every claim made by Datta Gade, the accused in the Swargate ST stand rape case, has been proven false. In the latest revelations, it was found that Gade was also involved in physical relationships with transgender individuals. The official sources have given this information.
Gade had initially attempted to evade responsibility by claiming that he was physically incapable of engaging in sexual relations. However, medical tests contradicted this assertion, exposing yet another false claim of Gade. Additionally, the argument put forth by his lawyers—that the sexual encounter was consensual—has been thoroughly dismissed due to a lack of evidence supporting the claim.
From the beginning, Gade’s lawyers were claiming that the victim was not subjected to any coercion and that the act occurred with her consent. Following this, the accused’s mother and wife attempted to malign the victim’s character by questioning why her clothes were not torn or why Gade bore no injuries if force was involved. However, official sources have revealed that the victim, fearing for her life, did not resist the assault.
As false narratives surrounding the case continue to spread on social media, the victim is reportedly experiencing severe mental distress. Concerned about the impact of these baseless allegations on the victim’s mental state, advocate Asim Sarode has filed an application before the magistrate, seeking a restraining order to prevent further character assassination of the victim.
Sarode said, “”Freedom of the press is essential, but media representatives should report only on court proceedings. Unfortunately, certain politicians, officials, and individuals are deliberately spreading misinformation in this case on social media.” He said that the dignity of the victim, who is seeking justice, is being deliberately assassinated and it is taking a huge toll on her mental state.
