Transfers of officials begins in Maharashtra; three family members to hold various positions in Pune
Pune: The State Government has started transferring IAS officers. Some officers from Pune were transferred on Friday (December 3).
An interesting development is being discussed among bureaucratic circles. Three family members and officers will hold three different posts in Pune.
According to the details, Satara District Collector Jitendra Dudi has been transferred as the Pune District Collector. His wife Anchal Dalal (IPS) is posted in the SRPF, Pune while Shekhar Singh Dudi, Jitendra Dudi’s brother-in-law, is the Municipal Commissioner in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
Pune District Collector Dr Suhas Diwase has been promoted as the Secretary and has been appointed as the Commissioner of Land Records.
Who is Jitendra Dudi?
Jitendra Dudi is an IAS officer of the 2016 batch. He hails from Jaipur (Rajasthan). He started his administrative career from Jharkhand. He also worked as the Assistant Secretary at the Centre. He was posted in Maharashtra in 2018. He was the SDO of Junnar and has also served as the CEO of the Sangli Zilla Parishad. His earlier posting was in Satara as the District Collector. Now, he is the new Pune District Collector.
