Two students injured in school bus-luxury car collision in Pimpri-Chinchwad
Pimpri: Two students from the Podar International School were injured when a luxury car collided with a school bus near the Science Park in Pimpri-Chinchwad on Monday afternoon.
According to the police, the bus was entering the BRT land, when a speedy luxury car collided with it, resulting in injuries to the two students.
The injured students were immediately admitted to a nearby hospital. The police said that 15 students were travelling in the Podar International School’s bus. The students received a big jolt and got frightened. The police reached the spot and started a rescue operation.
The Pimpri Police were investigating the matter. The drivers of both vehicles were being interrogated. The exact reason behind the accident could not be confirmed immediately.
