A case has been registered against Balasaheb Babanrao Barate (52), a resident of Karve Nagar, under the Atrocity Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the police, Barate had lodged an NOC against Sarvade at the Uttam Nagar Police Station. The complaint stated that the earlier complaint lodged by the accused was completely false and caused harassment. It was lodged with the intention that the police would act. The complainant was forced to visit the police station, which caused agony to him.
