Pune: Atlanta-based American woman, Jenifer Hess, has shared her experience of receiving treatment at a city-based hospital on a website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After undergoing 12 surgeries in 18 months for fistula at a prominent American colorectal surgeon, she got no relief. She was diagnosed with fistula in April 2020. Later, she ignored it. But then she developed Crohn\u2019s disease. Finally, she landed in Pune at the Healing Hands Clinic being run by Dr Ashwin Porwal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenifer, along with her husband, parents and 14-month-old child, came to Pune in September 2023. Her fistula and Crohn\u2019s disease had reached the fifth stage, which was very serious. It was impossible to cure her.
