Pune \/ Pimpri: A school peon has been booked for showing an obscene video clip to a minor special girl and for sexually assaulting her. The incident took place near the school washroom at around 10 am on July 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The police booked the peon under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) and other Acts. He was not arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A 38-year-old woman lodged a complaint at the Nigdi Police Station. Narayan Kumaji Thubal (50), a resident of Bopkhel, has been booked under sections 64(2)(d),(k)(m), 67, 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, along with the POCSO Act, section 72(b)(d) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act and the Protection of Civil Rights Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the police, the victim studies in a school in Nigdi. The accused showed her the video clip despite knowing that she is special and minor. He threatened to kill her and assaulted her. He frequently indulged in the act from 2022. He showed the clip to the victim when she was in the passage of the washroom on July 16. He threatened to kill her and dragged her near him. He indulged in the act which caused shame in her mind. He took her to the washroom and had physical relations with her from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
