The accused, identified as Sushil alias Barkya Bharat Gore (18) and Akshay Prabhakar Kanse (22), were arrested after a meticulous investigation. The police recovered stolen items worth Rs 17.62 lakh, including gold and silver ornaments, eight two-wheelers, four pistols, four live cartridges, and four empty bullet shells from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C-CrdDgpUgj\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A few days ago, Sushil Gore, a resident of Otaskim, Nigdi, gained notoriety for waving a pistol in the air while riding a bike in the Chikhli area and posting the video on Instagram. This act of spreading terror led to the registration of a case against him. Following this, Gore and Kanse absconded, but the police managed to trace them to a room in Kuruli, Khed Taluka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The police investigation revealed that Sushil and his accomplices had committed numerous crimes, including forcible theft from a clothing shop, house burglaries, and various assaults. Alongside Sushil and Akshay, two minor accomplices were also detained, and additional firearms were recovered from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The duo’s criminal activities were extensive, with 14 crimes reported across multiple police stations, including Khadakwasla, Parvati, Hadapsar, Bharti Vidyapeeth, Kondhwa, Sinhagad, Vishrambagh, Chikhli, Bhosari, and MIDC Bhosari. Sushil Gore alone had 28 cases registered against him, ranging from murder and attempted murder to robbery, vehicle theft, and vandalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a case was registered against Sushil, he burglarized houses in the Chikhli area. He went to Madhya Pradesh and bought pistols with the money he got from burglaries. He fired four rounds in his house to see if the pistols worked properly.
