A video clip of the incident went viral on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/C-pUAWoycJO\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&#038;igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the Sangvi Police reprimanded him and told him to apologise for his conduct. The accused has been identified as Nakul alias Nakya Gaikwad. Mahendra Shyam Bahadur Pratap Singh lodged a complaint at the Sangvi Police Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sangvi Police immediately arrested Gaikwad after the clip started circulating. The shop owner was running his business as usual. Gaikwad and his accomplice approached him and demanded \u2018hafta\u2019 by beating and abusing him. Gaikwad threatened him that he was known to local people in Pimple Gurav. If he refused to pay the extortion, he would face dire consequences. Gaikwad\u2019s accomplice filmed the incident on his mobile phone and posted it on social media. The police moved quickly and apprehended the culprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After dealing with him strictly, Gaikwad started apologising and promised that he would not indulge in such activities. Gaikwad was booked as a minor accused in an attempt to murder case.
