Pune: Deputy Chief Minister and NCP (AP) President Ajit Pawar is touring the State as a part of his party\u2019s Jan Sanman Yatra. Meanwhile, the government launched the Ladki Bahin Yojana, which Pawar announced in the State Budget. Women are getting money in their bank accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As Pawar\u2019s Yatra passes through towns, cities and villages, women are welcoming him and tying Rakhis around his wrist. As the Yatra arrived in Junnar in the district, a woman asked a question to Pawar, which created laughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pawar said, \u201cWomen tie Rakhis around my wrist. These women pull my hand. Even my wife never pulled it so many times. They are all my sisters, mothers. They are happy. We are enthused because so many women come to meet me. They tie Rakhis. I ask them whether they have got the money under the Ladki Bahin Yojana. They reply in affirmative. Their faces brighten. Some of them said that they did not get money. But money will definitely be deposited in their account. We keep our promises.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2018We will not cheat women\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first instalment of Ladki Bahin Yojana will be deposited in their account before Raksha Bandhan. We will not terminate the scheme. The Maha Yuti government will keep its word. They will decide whether to continue with the scheme. If they vote for the lotus, bow & arrow and clock symbols, it will continue. Around 2.5 crore women will benefit under the scheme. Women are responding overwhelmingly to it. But the opposition parties are spreading lies. We will not cheat women. Unprecedented crowds of women are gathering for public meetings. They should trust us the way they trust their brothers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*If you have applied under the Ladki Bahin Yojana through Nari Shakti app or on Ladki Bahin portal and if it is approved and you have still not got the money, then check if your bank account is linked to your Aadhar card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*Check if you have got any message on your mobile phone about any mistakes or shortcomings in the applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*Correct mistakes, fulfill shortcomings and submit the application again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
