In a shocking incident, a person was continuously harassing and attempting to molest a woman by making obscene gestures and passing abusive comments at her. Further, the accused has also abused the plaintiff’s husband.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this regard, the 48-year-old woman lodged a complaint against the accused at the police station. Accordingly, the police booked Vikram Saluja, a resident of Undri, Kondhwa. This incident has taken place between September 11 and October 31, this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As per the police information, the accused, Vikram Saluja, resides in the Richmond Building in Undri, Kondhwa. The plaintiff mentioned that Saluja was constantly chasing her. Further, he was constantly passing obscene comments looking at her. In one such incident on October 9, the accused came to the parking space while chasing the plaintiff. When the plaintiff’s husband confronted him, the accused threatened and abused him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The plaintiff further mentioned in her complaint that the accused was constantly finding new ways to harass them. He was asking other people to park their vehicles in front of the plaintiff’s car to make it hard for the plaintiff to take out their vehicle. In the latest incident on Friday morning, Saluja was once again standing at the entry point of the building. When the plaintiff’s husband asked him to get out of the way, the accused spit looking at him. Further, he threatened the plaintiff’s husband to come out of the society building and abused him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
