Considering this, her immediate transfer was demanded. The State Congress wrote a letter to CEC Rajiv Kumar in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rashmi Shukla retired from the service in June 2024. But the Maha Yuti government illegally extended her service till January 2026, alleged MPCC President Nana Patole. He accused her of a controversial tenure. Patole also alleged that she was making illegal decisions and was threatening opposition leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, Shukla has been removed from her post. The ECI made the big decision following the allegations against her by the Congress. The State Assembly elections are underway.
