This incident came to light after the mother of the minor girl lodged a complaint at Chandan Nagar Police Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this regard, Chandan Nagar Police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against a 16-year-old minor. The incident occurred near the plaintiff’s house between September 2022 and November 7, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plaintiff’s daughter is 14 years and 9 months old. As per the police information, a 16-year-old boy residing near the plaintiff’s house had a love on the plaintiff’s daughter. Therefore, by luring her with a marriage promise, the minor accused repeatedly kept sexual relations with the minor girl. Due to which, the girl became pregnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the girl’s mother noticed the fact that her daughter was six weeks pregnant, she lodged a complaint at Chandan Nagar Police Station.
