In a significant action, the police have raided two shops for selling duplicate branded t-shirts and track pants of the Under Armour company and seized fake t-shirts and track pants worth Rs 4,68,400.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this regard, Deepak Babulal Patel (age 46, a resident of Malad West, Mumbai) has lodged a complaint at Pimpri Police Station. Based on this, the police have registered a case against Chetan Ravi Pujari (a resident of Jai Bhavani Nagar, Paud Road) and Bansilal Rameshlal Panjwani (a resident of Pimpri).<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the police information, the plaintiff has the ownership rights of the Under Armour brand company. A few days ago, he received information that fake t-shirts and track pants of the Under Armour company were being sold at Pimpri market. Accordingly, he informed the Pimpri police about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Taking cognisance of the complaint, the police inspector (crime), Dhananjay Kapare, and his associates raided the shop named Dry Feet House in Pimpri market and found 27 fake T-shirts and 54 fake track pants worth Rs 2,37,600 in the shop of Chetan Pujari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Further, in Bansilal Panjwani’s shop, a Delhi Fashion Clothing Shop, which is near Pujari’s shop, police found 76 fake T-shirts and 6 fake track pants worth Rs 2,30,800.
