The fraudulent document was used to transfer the property to another individual illegally. Following the discovery of the scam, the police have registered a case against three builders and launched an investigation into the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this regard, Joint Sub-Registrar Sanjay Ramchandra Chavan (age 58) has lodged a complaint with Alankar Police. Accordingly, the police have registered a case against the partner of Harsh Anand Developers, Kishor Vinayak Kondhare (age 46, a resident of Datta Nagar, Ambegaon), Srikant Dattatray Ambavale (age 41, a resident of Datta Nagar, Ambegaon), and Suryakant Madhukar Waghmare (age 35, a resident of Madhuraj Building, Waghmare Chawl, NDA Pashan Road, Bavdhan Khurd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This incident took place between December 26, 2020, and December 31, 2020, at Erandwane&#8217;s Joint Sub-Registrar Haveli Number 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the information given by the police, Harsh Anand Developers has constructed a building named Jyotiba Aangan at Ambegaon Budruk.
