Pune: The accused in the Swargate bus stand rape case, Dattatraya Gade, was arrested and sent to police custody till March 12. His DNA test was conducted and hair strands found in the bus were collected. The DNA report will be submitted soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The accused\u2019s lawyer told the court that the incident took place with mutual consent. He also said that Gade gave her some money.
