Gade had initially attempted to evade responsibility by claiming that he was physically incapable of engaging in sexual relations. However, medical tests contradicted this assertion, exposing yet another false claim of Gade. Additionally, the argument put forth by his lawyers\u2014that the sexual encounter was consensual\u2014has been thoroughly dismissed due to a lack of evidence supporting the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
