Pune: Various theories were being floated about the sequence of events leading to the Swargate bus stand rape. The victim later called up Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Vasant More. The leader gave details of their conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Addressing a press meet, More said, \u201cI received a call from the victim and her friend the day after the incident. It was Maha Shivratri. She spoke to me on the phone and broke down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA day before her call, social activist and Adv Asim Sarode called me up. He offered help in the case. She told me that the bus driver and conductor were standing near the bus when the incident took place. She narrated the incident to both. She gave details about Gade\u2019s heinous act. Both ran to catch him but he ran away.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
