Various awards distributed at the Maharashtra State Marathi Film Festival 2025 Awards Ceremony<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pune: Marathi film \u2018Jaggu Ani Juliet\u2019 produced by Punit Balan Studios was honoured with the Second Prize for Best Film during the 61st Maharashtra State Marathi Film Festival 2025 Awards Ceremony. Moreover, the film\u2019s actors, the director and artistes were also felicitated with various awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Punit Balan Group (PBG) President and Young Entrepreneur Punit Balan has produced quality Marathi films through his Punit Balan Studios. They include \u2018Mulshi Pattern\u2019, \u2018Raanti\u2019 and \u2018Jaggu Ani Juliet\u2019. The film \u2018Jaggu Ani Juliet\u2019 was released three years ago. It was filmed in picturesque Uttarakhand. The love story between Amey Wagh (Jaggu) and Vaidehi Parshurami (Juliet) was appreciated by viewers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Various awards, including for Best Film and outstanding performances by actors, and other artistes during 2024 and 2025 were given away by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Cultural Affairs Minister Ashish Shelar during the 61st Maharashtra State Marathi Film Festival 2025. The production of Punit Balan Studios, \u2018Jaggu Ani Juliet\u2019 received the Second Prize for Best Film in 2025. Main actor of the film, Amey Wagh, won Best Actor Award while its Director Mahesh Limaye got the Second Prize for Best Director Award. Other artistes who won various awards for their work in \u2018Jaggu Ani Juliet\u2019 are: Best Comedy Actor: Upendra Limaye, Best Costume Designer: Manasi Attarde, Best Writer: Ambar Hadap and Ganesh Pandit and Best Choreographer: Rahul-Sanjir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
