Pune: A shocking incident of harassment has surfaced at Pune\u2019s Garware Metro Station, where a man followed a young woman and made inappropriate remarks like \u201cI really like you,\u201d attempting to shame and intimidate her. The Deccan Police have registered a case against the accused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accused has been identified as Omkar Shivaji Olse (26, resident of Pizza Office, Chandni Chowk). The incident occurred near the metro office on November 25 and 26 around 10:30 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to police, the young woman had just exited the station when Olse followed her and said, \u201cWhy can\u2019t I look at you? I want to talk to you. Come to the parking area\u2014I\u2019ll talk to you there. I like you a lot.\u201d His actions caused distress and embarrassment to the woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hearing her screams, police rushed to the spot and detained the accused. Senior PI Girisha Nimbalakar, PSI Ajitkumar Patil, and Sandeep Kadam responded promptly.
