Pune: Kalyani Nagar residents appreciate police efforts in maintaining safety, peace in locality, thank CP Amitesh Kumar

Pune: The Team Swachh Kalyani Nagar (TSKN) on Tuesday (July 9) met Commissioner of Police (CP) Amitesh Kumar and expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards him and his team for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of citizens.

They also presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Amitesh Kumar for his exceptional work in implementing strict law and order in the city.

The TSKN said, “Under CP Kumarji’s leadership, the nuisance caused by pubs, bars, and other establishments has been effectively controlled, ensuring a more peaceful and secure environment for residents and businesses alike.

It added, “The introduction of night patrolling and stringent checks on drunk driving have made a tremendous difference in our neighborhood. Residents of Kalyani Nagar have consistently raised concerns regarding these issues and the CP’s actions have effectively addressed them.”

The Kalyani Nagar residents also thanked Assistant Police Inspector Aniket Pote, Social Security Cell, who assured sustained action in maintaining security and order in the locality.

The TSKN office-bearers Rachna Aggrawal, Drayson Dixon, Monica Sharma, Aaditya Patil, Yasmin and Sachin Agashe were present.
