Pune: Sexual Assault on Female Dog in Wakad; Police Booked One

Pune: A heinous incident of sexual abuse of a female dog has taken place in Pimpri-Chinchwad. This incident took place on July 16 at around eleven o’clock at an under-construction construction project in the Wakad area. In this regard, the Hinjewadi police have registered a case against one individual.

Security guard Lavelesh Ramprasad Tiwari (age 29, a resident of Wakad) has filed a complaint at Hinjewadi Police Station. The accused has been identified as Chiranjit Nishikant Biswas (age 30), and he is a native of North Dinajpur, Golpokhar, West Bengal. On the basis of a complaint filed by Lavlesh Tiwari, Hinjewadi police booked Chiranjit Biswas under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

The plaintiff, Lavlesh Tiwari, accused that on July 16, Chiranjit Biswas brought an eight- to ten-month-old female dog puppy to an under-construction project in the Wakad area. By taking the female dog to the ground floor of the building, the accused allegedly tortured and sexually assaulted her. The plaintiff accused sexual exploitation of a female dog by Chiranjit Biswas.

Accordingly, Hinjewadi police filed a complaint in this matter. Sub-Inspector Taktode is investigating the matter under the guidance of Senior Police Inspector Kanhaiya Thorat of Hinjewadi Police Station.
